Honestly, probably not if you fit into any of the following groups:
I own my recreational / private aircraft and I want to know how much its worth.
I am buying a recreational / private aircraft and want to know if the ad is overpriced. (You need a market evaluation - these should be free, if someone is charging you for a market eval, contact me to do one for free)
I am selling my recreational / private aircraft and want to make sure Ive priced it properly. (this is an aircraft analysis and is not as in depth as a Certified Appraisal)
If you fall into the following groups, its on the fence whether you need a certified appraisal or a regular appraisal.
